Welcome to the Year 5 homepage. Ms Paul and Ms Kim are really excited to welcome you back to school. This year, we have some very exciting things planned to teach you.

Key Messages

Drop off to school is from the main gate on Wordsworth Road or the back gate on Cowper Road.  Collection for Y5 is from class through the main gate on Wordsworth Road. The gates are open from 8:30-8:45 in the morning and from 3:30-3:45 in the afternoon.

PE is on every Thursday morning; children can wear their PE kit all day.

Available clubs are:

• Breakfast Club everyday 8-8:30
• Multi-Sports every Monday until 4:30
• Choir every Monday until 5pm (collection from St Paul’s Church West)
• Art & Sewing Club every Tuesdays until 4:30
• Basketball every Wednesday until 4:30
• Gymnastics every Wednesday until 4:30
• Football every Thursday until 4:30
• Gymnastics every Friday until 4:30

Homework

Every Friday, teachers will set the class homework.

To find out what homework will be set each week, read: Homework Letter

Homework needs to be completed by Wednesday.

Children in Year 5 will also regularly receive and change books.
