As St Matthias is a part of the Primary Advantage Federation of schools, we review our policies on a regular basis. When a policy review is required, consultation is also undertaken with wider stakeholders including our school Governors.

As per DfE guidance, the school reports that no staff member at St Matthias Church of England Primary School earns over £100,000 per annum.
