Home Learning

We are so happy to have our children back in school but we know how hard it has been for them and their families over the last year, particularly with the impact that this has had on children’s learning. That is why it is so important that they are engaging with the home learning that we are providing – whether it is homework or work that has been provided if children need to be isolating. We are gradually moving to an online platform for these forms of home learning so that children can receive daily feedback from their teachers if they are not in school.

At St Matthias, there are two types of home learning:

1. Homework that is set weekly and is due in every Wednesday – more information can be found here.
2. Blended Learning for children who are off school due to Covid-related symptoms or Test and Trace.
